We are looking for a motivated Housing Management Worker to maintain high property standards and support residents effectively. THE ROLE As a Housing Management Worker, you will ensure our properties are safe, compliant, and well-maintained. Your key responsibilities include: Arranging and facilitating access for all health and safety compliance inspectionsOverseeing gas servicing, fire risk assessments, and electrical testingConducting monthly fire safety checklists for each propertyReporting and following up on maintenance issues with landlordsConducting weekly fire alarm testing and scheduling evacuation drillsMaintaining accurate records and checklists on OMNIRaising and following up on repairs to maintain property standardsEngaging in joint working with support workers THE CANDIDATE The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar Housing Management role. We are looking for someone with: A valid driver's license, own vehicle, and business insuranceEnhanced DBS certificationStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to work independently and manage lone working situationsExperience in managing health and safety compliance within housing THE CONTRACT 35 Hours Per Week, 09:00 to 17:30 12 Weeks, Temp to Perm £16.50 to £17.00 per hour LTD company rate. The PAYE equivalent is £14.07 to £14.49 per hour, inclusive of holiday.
