Private Client Solicitor £35,000 - £50,000 DOE Brighton Monday - Friday Are you an experienced Solicitor looking for a new challenge? Serving a wide range of clientele, they are committed to delivering tailored legal solutions and exceptional service. They are known for their professionalism, client-focused approach and dedication to excellence.As a Private Client Solicitor, you will handle a variety of matters including estate planning, wills, trusts, probate and LPAs. You will manage your own caseload, provide expert legal advice and ensure the highest standards of client care. Responsibilities Providing comprehensive advice to clients on estate planning, wills, and the management of trusts.Overseeing probate and estate administration processes, ensuring timely and accurate handling.Drafting and reviewing a wide range of legal documents, ensuring timely, accurate handling and meeting all necessary legal standardsBuilding and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships with clients.Conducting thorough legal research to stay informed on the latest relevant legislation.Ensuring all activities and documentation comply with current legal standards and best practices. Experience You have to be a qualified Solicitor for this position. Proven experience in private client related matters. Experience in conveyancing would be advantageous, but not essential.Strong organisational and communication skills.Proficiency with legal research tools and case management software.
