Job Title: Project Coordinator Reporting to: Senior Production Coordinator/Production ManagerJob Title: Project CoordinatorReporting to: Senior Production Coordinator/Production Manager Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Liaise with Estimation dept. on the handover of projects for order and productionSupport customers on technical queries / design of projects and approvalsEngage with customers to agree on production timings and delivery datesPrepare projects materials orders and issue to Supply Chain dept. for orderingTrack material orders in process and manage/prioritise own projectsPrepare and issue to Production dept. detailed technical drawings and instructions for manufactureLiaise with Production Supervisor on any specific project manufacturing detailsKeep accurate reporting of projects to track materials and labour usage/ efficienciesPrepare and issue delivery/ dispatch notes for projectsLiaise with Accounts dept. on invoicing of projectsAttend weekly production meetings Experience & Qualifications: 2-3 years’ previous experience in Project coordinator roleStrong computer skills – proficient in use of Microsoft OfficeMinimum of 2 years autocad experience essentialExperience using LogiKal software would be a distinct advantageExceptional interpersonal skillsProven ability to plan and prioritise workStrong customer service focusOrganised with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances GW
