As a Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and continuously improving our company's Quality Management System QMS. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality control, with in-depth understanding of PCB and electrical systems. As a Quality Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance.Quality Engineer Responsibilities: - Implement and oversee quality control processes and procedures - Conduct thorough quality inspections and audits - Identify, analyze, and resolve quality issues through root cause analysis 8D, A3 - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements - Ensure compliance with industry standards AS9100, ISO9001 The ideal Quality Engineer will possess a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a meticulous attention to detail. You will be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Quality Engineer Qualifications: - Degree in a technical field with a focus on quality assurance, manufacturing, or a related discipline - Proven experience as a Quality Engineer or in a similar role - In-depth knowledge of quality management systems AS9100, ISO9001 - Strong understanding of quality control methodologies and tools - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - An understanding of manufacturing drawings, specifications, and instructions, with a working knowledge of IPC standards ideally CIS is desirable.
