About the role: As a Support Worker you will be working in a new home opening to support a young male with complex needs. You will be working as part of a small team of RSW and Team Leaders to support 4:1. About you: A successful candidate will have experience as a Support Worker in a Residential Childcare Setting. You must have experience working with complex needs and challenging behaviours. Being outgoing and having hobbies to share with the young people is a bonus Pay starts from £12.42 per hour PAYE and £15.16 per hour Umbrella. Requirements for you as a Support Worker: Experience in Support Work working with Children / Young people with complex needs in a residential setting. Confident in working independently and being proactive. Self-motivated individual with clear communication skills. Enhanced Child and Adult DBS on the update service. Shift Times for you as a Support Worker: 3 days on 3 days off 8:00-22:00 shifts Weekend work applicable Benefits for you as a Support Worker: Temporary to Permanent opportunity Progression and Development towards Level 3 Diploma Once Permanent Blue Light Card and Client Staff Discounts.
