They are a well-established business about to enter considerable operational change making it an exciting time to join and be a part of their journey. Reporting into the IT Manager, you will oversee core infrastructure and networking. You'll work closely with managed service providers to ensure seamless operations and business continuity whilst taking a lead on regular site set-ups. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage office and site networks, aligning with business strategyAct as an escalation point for the Service Desk TeamSet up and configure Local Area Networks LANs, including hardware deployment and supportCoordinate with third-party MSPs for network and infrastructure managementManage firewall operations and connectivity with ISPsOversee network IP addressing and VPN setupsSupport business continuity through proactive incident managementRapid deployment of site connectivity solutions, including 4G routersMonitor network health and performance, ensuring high availability and resilienceMaintain inventory and configuration records for infrastructure and softwareCollaborate with the Security Operations Center SOC on network securitySupport software licensing and upgradesSupport data privacy and security auditsProvide technical support and mentoringMaintain server rooms and ensure operational efficiencyDevelop and implement business processes and documentation Requirements: Previous experience working within a management/team lead roleHold one of more of the following; CCNA, Microsoft Infrastructure/Azure certification, ITIL foundationStrong knowledge of Azure infrastructure managementProficient in network protocols TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, etc.Experience with FortiGate Firewalls and Windows Operating SystemsFamiliarity with WAN, LAN, VPN, and wireless networksPossess excellent communication skills with a proactive and self-motivated approach
