What You Will Do: * Develop manufacturing processes for vehicle modifications, including body, paint, and electrical systems.* Oversee facility installations to deliver high:quality vehicle modifications.* Achieve process metrics such as JPH, CPU, HPU, and FTT targets for added content.* Identify process improvements and train the operating team on implementation.* Develop and review cost:saving possibilities, providing technical justifications for projects.* Implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity. What You Will Bring: * Proven Vehicle Operations experience.* Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.* An Engineering Degree in a relevant subject or equivalent.* A strong desire to innovate and drive improvements in the automotive industry.
